All domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Customers can expect to receive a tracking number within 2-5 business days. Australia Post will then take 1-4 business days to deliver, subject to variability due to external factors.

Insurance (cover for loss and damage) and signature on delivery can be added on domestic checkout. Please note that SENDIT takes no responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen items during shipping. Customers may contact Australia Post during these instances.

Signature on any purchase can be added on for $2.95 AUD
Insurance on any purchase can be added on at a rate of $2.50 per $100
Insurance will be available at checkout at values of $500 increments

Once an order has been made, no address modifications are possible.

International Shipping:

Shipping prices depend on total cart value and delivery times vary based on location of order. Options available include New Zealand and Other Countries, New Zealand rates include standard, express and signature whereas all Other Countries include standard and express service at checkout. All rates are attached in the tables below.

Customers can expect to receive a tracking number within 2-4 business days. Australia Post will then take within 1-3 business weeks to deliver, subject to variability due to external factors.
